Contact 

A person’s record in the system 

Lead/Prospect 

A person who has raised their hand and shown interest but has not yet engaged with a sales representative 

Traffic Unit 

A person who has engaged in a two-way substantive sales conversations with a sales representative that helps determine whether a home purchase is realistically possible, including interactions via appointment, walk in, phone call, virtual meeting, or email. 

What is a Substantive Sales Conversations? 

Any two-way interaction with a sales rep that includes qualification or pricing discussions purchase is within the realm of possibility
